Terms of Service — HR Konnect

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using HR Konnect (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HR Konnect is a cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for Australian small and medium businesses. The Service includes employee records, leave management, timesheets, rostering, document management, onboarding, and related HR tools.

3. Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a per-employee, per-month subscription basis. Plan tiers (SMB, Growth, Enterprise) include headcount limits and support levels as described on the pricing page. Billing is monthly. You may cancel at any time; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all HR data you upload or generate through the Service. HR Konnect does not sell your data. We process it solely to provide the Service.

5. Data Storage

All customer data is stored in Australian data centres (Neon PostgreSQL ap-southeast-2 and Cloudflare R2 with Australian region endpoints). Data does not leave Australia.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable Australian laws or regulations, or to upload malicious content. HR Konnect reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, HR Konnect's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. HR Konnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
